Technical Service Coordinator


As Technical Service Coordinator at The Project Company, you are the lynchpin of our operational process. You will be responsible for coordinating breakdowns, maintenance work and communication with customers.

You are the first point of contact for fault reports, perform analyses and make targeted referrals to our own technical department, colleagues or external suppliers. In addition, you coordinate breakdown visits and maintenance work, draw up schedules and coordinate these with customers. It is also your job to ensure timely communication with customers prior to work and provide clear feedback.

Efficient execution and optimal utilisation of the capacities of the technical department, colleagues and external suppliers, including administrative handling and registration, also fall under your responsibility. In addition, you are involved in the procurement of materials such as paint, lamps and other supplies for the technical department and colleagues. The functional management of building technology applications such as Cross, Loxone, Priva, Salto and Zoho rounds off your many-sided tasks.

€ 3.000 – € 3.500

What we ask

  • Accurate in planning and service order processing
  • Good communication skills, both internally and externally
  • Stress-resistant and problem-solving in adhoc situations, keeping an overview
  • Knowledge of and/or strong affinity with building technology and systems
  • Minimum completed MBO-4 education (e.g. Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Facility Management).
  • Driving licence B
  • Living in Zwolle/Meppel or surroundings
