Financial administration assistant
As a financial administrative assistant at MyOffice and MyHotel, you will be responsible for the financial administration of all our branches. You will accurately oversee the daily financial administration and ensure that all transactions are carefully processed and controlled.
Your main duties will include processing and checking outgoing and incoming transactions, booking and processing purchase and sales invoices, managing debtors and creditors, checking cash entries, and managing subscriptions in Exact. This also includes processing and checking rental agreements and interim changes.
